  • 1:30-3:00pm(Years 1-6): Afternoon Lessons (periods 5 and 6)
  •  3:15pm: Dismissal time for Years 1-6
Any children arriving prior to 8:15am must be supervised by a parent as staff require time to prepare for the day and attend morning briefing meetings.

All children, from Year 1 onwards, are encouraged to develop a greater measure of autonomy and responsibility for their own possessions. Please encourage the children to enter the grounds and/or their classroom by themselves as they grow older. Staff will promote the children's independence by asking them to unpack their bags and enter the classroom quietly before school begins.

Chapel

Three mornings per week Primary School children attend a Chapel service, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The service is 15-20 minutes long and begins at 8:45am. All students attend. Parents are most welcome to attend.

Assembly

Each Friday there is a Primary School Assembly immediately after the Chapel service around 9:05am. At Assembly, certificates are awarded by class teachers for excellent work completed during the previous week. Teachers and children and encouraged to share work of which they are especially proud. Sport results, House points, class work and other school results are shared at this time. Parents are welcome to attend.

Coin Collection

Each Friday there is a coin collection in the Chapel. The donations contribute to the wellbeing of our sponsored World Vision Child.

St Mary's Anglican Church

Once a term the Primary School children attend a Eucharist service at St Mary's Anglican Church across the road from school. Parents are welcome to attend this service.

We welcome any student in Years 5 and 6 wishing to be baptised or admitted to communion. Further details will be advised by the School Chaplain.
