Three Marsden students are among the 48 Kiwi school children who have contributed essays to this unique book. The theme of the book centres around Kiwi identity, and the aim is for readers in China to gain a better understanding of life in New Zealand.

The Launch event will take place on Tuesday 17 October at 1.30pm, with invited media and VIP guests to promote the event.

Other events in support of New Zealand Chinese Language Week will be organised by Ms Jing Ying Herrington throughout the week. Girls and staff will also be encouraged to take part in the "5Days, 5 Phrases" Challenge - the aim is to get every Kiwi started on a language journey and have some fun.
