Marsden Hall of Fame Laureates

Marsden is delighted to formally welcome Judy Bellingham MNZM, Kate McIlroy, Victoria Spackman ONZM and Sheilah Winn CBE into the Marsden Hall of Fame at Old Girls Day on Friday 28 October 2016.

The Hall of Fame was established in 2006 as a way of celebrating and acknowledging women in business, and was broadened in 2010 to cover all fields of endeavour. We’ve been proud to honour these truly outstanding women, who’ve achieved success in areas as diverse as the arts, science, commerce, education, health, law, the environment, women’s affairs and the community.

See details on each of our inductees by clicking on the links to the right.

Rosalba Finnerty
School Archivist
Do you know of a Marsden Old Girl deserving of formal recognition for her personal or professional achievements – and who’d be willing to share her knowledge and experience with the students of today? If so, you might like to consider nominating her for the Marsden Hall of Fame.

To make a nomination, check the
criteria then send all the relevant information to Rosalba Finnerty.

Nominations can be made at any time. They’re thoroughly researched by a professional archivist, then considered by a committee comprising the Principal, the President of the Old Girls’ Association, Anne Field (an Old Girl, Director of Pastoral Care and member of the senior management team) and any others that are considered key to the decision-making process. The committee can appoint up to four individuals as Marsden Laureates each year, and all Laureates’ names are displayed on our Hall of Fame Honours Board.

We look forward to hearing from you!
